Regardless, with a micro-finish the surface should be like sand paper - without any sort of residual concrete paste above the sands in the concrete mix. If some paste is left, we have had luck with straight acid washes or with HD 24 from Surface Gel Tek. The HD 24 is an acid gel that seems to burn better.
