WebSome days 10 minutes, some days 15 minutes, some days 30 minutes. My lowest has been 4 minutes. I'm just trying to do whatever I can to actually build the habit and then go and put a ton of hours in. I tried putting 3-4 hours in at first but I really got burnt out.
