WebDeadlifts for Chronic Low Back Pain The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of an acute deadlifting session on chronic low back pain when compared to aerobic exercise. We expect that you will be in this research study for an estimated total duration of 4-5 hours, including remote follow-ups.
